摘  要:针对脱氧催化剂的脱氧方法及机理进行了阐述。重点介绍了贵金属、铜系、铁系、锰系、钼系等相关脱氧剂的制备工艺、脱氧原理和研究现状。其中贵金属型脱氧剂具有脱氧效果好,但需要消耗甲烷、氢气等还原气体,且产生CO_(2)/H_(2)O等杂质;非贵金属型脱氧剂价格低廉,耐硫氯等杂质能力强的优点,但脱氧效果稍差,反应温度相对较高。也对各种类型脱氧剂应用场景及效果进行了介绍,并对脱氧剂的发展方向进行了展望。The methods and mechanisms of de-oxidation catalysts were explained,with a focus on the preparation processes,de-oxidation principles,and current research status of related de-oxidation agents,including precious metal,copper-based,iron-based,manganese-based,and molybdenum-based.Among them,the precious metal-based de-oxidant has the advantage of good de-oxidation effect,but requires the consumption of methane,hydrogen,etc.as reducing gases,and generates CO_(2)/H_(2)O impurities.The non-precious metal-based de-oxidant has the advantage of low cost and strong resistance to impurities such as sulfur and chlorine,but has a slightly lower de-oxidation effect and a relatively higher reaction temperature.The article also introduces the application scenarios and effects of various types of de-oxidant agents,and looks forward to the development direction of de-oxidant agents.
