摘  要:长庆油田苏东南区存在气井出砂问题,导致井口弯头、地面管线等设备出现不同程度的损害。为探究气井出砂的规律,对目前垂直井携砂模型进行调研,并针对不同的气液相流型分析了气井携砂的规律。最后,根据长庆油田的生产工况,对不同工况下的临界携砂流量进行计算和校核,用于指导实际生产。计算结果表明,在生产过程中,续流阶段是主要的携砂阶段,而且井筒不同流型的携砂能力也不同,泡状流的携砂能力最强;在气田生产后期,由于气量的减少和出水量的增加,井口出砂量也会随着增加。There is a problem of sand production in gas wells in the southeast area of Sudongnan,Changqing Oilfield,which has caused varying degrees of damage to equipment such as wellhead elbows and surface pipelines.In order to explore the law of sand production in gas wells,a survey was conducted on the current vertical well sand carrying model,and the law of sand carrying in gas wells was analyzed for different gas-liquidflow patterns.Finally,based on the production conditions of Changqing Oilfield,the critical sand carryingflow rate under different operating conditions is calculated and verified to guide actual production.The calculation results show that during the production process,the c continuous stage is the main sand carrying stage,and the sand carrying capacity of different flow patterns in the wellbore is also different,with the strongest sand carrying capacity of bubbleflow;In the later stage of gasfield production,due to the decrease in gas volume and the increase in water production,the sand production at the wellhead will also increase.
