摘  要:水平井密闭取心工具的设计和实施涉及多个关键环节和技术难点,包括工具的构造和运行机理、技术难题的解决等。工具主要由密闭部分、钻头取样与轴承连接几部分构成,如内外筒接头、悬转总成,岩芯取样套筒(内、外部分),平衡活塞组件、内筒支撑节、稳定器及密闭头及取芯钻头等组件。在使用前,通过在取心筒内注入密闭液,并在取芯过程中通过密闭液的保护,避免岩心受到污染,确保取得的岩心样品能够准确反映地层的原始状态。此外,水平井密闭取心技术的应用还面临着一些技术挑战,如保持内外筒间的压力平衡、确保取心过程中的压力和温度控制等,这些都需要通过不断的技术创新和工艺优化来解决。通过自主研发和技术创新,可以进一步提高密闭取心技术的效率和成功率,为油田开发提供更加准确和可靠的地质资料。The design and implementation of a sealed coring tool for horizontal wells involve multiple key links and technical difficulties,including the construction and operation mechanism of the tool,and the solution to technical challenges.The tool mainly consists of a sealed part,a drill bit sampling and bearing connection,such as an inner and outer cylinder joint,a suspension assembly,a core sampling sleeve(inner and outer parts),a balance piston assembly,an inner cylinder support section,a stabilizer,a sealed head,and a core sampling drill bit.Before use,a sealed liquid is injected into the core barrel and protected by the sealed liquid during the core extraction process to prevent contamination of the core and ensure that the obtained core sample accurately reflects the original state of the formation.In addition,the application of sealed coring technology in horizontal wells also faces some technical challenges,such as maintaining pressure balance between the inner and outer cylinders,ensuring pressure and temperature control during the coring process,etc.,which need to be solved through continuous technological innovation and process optimization.Through independent research and technological innovation,the efficiency and success rate of closed core technology can be further improved,providing more accurate and reliable geological data for oilfield development.
