摘  要:油田联合站的原油沉降罐里的含水原油会挥发出天然气和水蒸气,为了减少温室气体排放,近年来发展起来了抽气技术,主动抽取原油沉降罐内的挥发气体,加压输送给天然气单元,成为有用的天然气产品。为了保障抽气管路安全,在管路上设置了阻火器,从原油沉降罐中抽取出来的气体,在抽气管路和阻火器位置降温、凝结为水和凝析油,在阻火器内积聚,形成淤堵,阻碍气体通过,影响抽气系统生产运行。论文研究阻火器积液机理,在阻火器前端设置气液分离装置,提前把水和凝析油分离出来,并把阻火器竖直安装,使凝结的液体流出来,这些技术改进避免了阻火器积液对抽气系统运行的影响。The oil storage tanks at the oilfield joint station release natural gas and water vapor from the crude oil.Gas extraction technology has been developed to actively extract steam from the storage tanks in recent years.Pressurize and transport it to the natural gas system,becoming a useful natural gas product.In order to ensure the safety of the exhaust pipeline,aflame arrester is installed on the pipeline.The gas extracted from the storage tank is cooled and condensed into water and condensate oil along the pipeline and theflame arrester,which accumulates inside theflame arrester and forms blockages,hindering the passage of gas and affects the production and operation of the extraction system.The paper studies the mechanism of liquid accumulation inflame arresters.A gas-liquid separation device is installed before theflame arrester to separate water and condensate oil in advance.Installing theflame arrester vertically allows the condensed liquid toflow out,and these technological improvements avoid the impact of flame arrester liquid accumulation on the operation of the pumping system.
