摘 要:PCS预报警技术在油水井生产管理中的应用日益重要。当前主流的单参数报警方式存在一定局限性,无法全面、精准地识别各类异常。通过对PCS预报警系统的现状分析,探讨了多参数组合预警的探索与应用,并对其在提升生产效率、减少异常损失等方面的成效进行了评估。同时,针对现有系统的数据丢失、模型局限性等问题,提出了后续优化方向。研究表明,基于多参数分析的组合预警方式能够有效提高油水井异常检测的准确性和智能化水平,为油田生产管理提供了更为可靠的技术支撑。The application of PCS pre alarm technology in oil and water well production management is becoming increasingly important.The current mainstream single parameter alarm method has certain limitations and cannot comprehensively and accurately identify various types of anomalies.Through the analysis of the current situation of PCS early warning system,this paper explores the exploration and application of multi parameter combination early warning,and evaluates its effectiveness in improving production efficiency and reducing abnormal losses.At the same time,follow-up optimization directions have been proposed to address issues such as data loss and model limitations in existing systems.Research has shown that the combination warning method based on multi parameter analysis can effectively improve the accuracy and intelligence level of oil and water well anomaly detection,providing more reliable technical support for oilfield production management.
