摘　　要：(接上期)(三)从“十一五”起,橡胶全行业开启了建设橡胶工业强国的新征程。在2006年召开的中国橡胶工业协会会员大会上,协会工作报告明确指出,当下整个橡胶工业大而不强,持续、科学发展,建设橡胶工业强国势在必行。基本路子仍要靠技术进步、产品升级,靠全体职工的积极性和创造精神。On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the founding of China Rubber Industry Association(CRIA),Mr.Jiu Hongzhen,Chairman of the 5th and 6th Councils,wrote an article to review the brilliant achievements of key enterprises and look forward to the future development of the rubber industry.He believes that China's rubber industry will usher in the third“golden development period”with comprehensive innovation led by products.
