摘  要:建立一种用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定蚀变花岗岩锂矿石样品中硅、铝、铁、钛、钾、钠含量的分析方法。用硝酸、氢氟酸、高氯酸的混合酸加热消解样品,定容100 m L后直接上机测定铁、钛、钾、钠含量,待测液稀释后可用于电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定锂含量;用氢氧化钾镍坩埚碱熔试样的溶液稀释后测定铝、硅含量,解决了部分样品混酸溶样测定铝含量结果偏低的问题,经铑内标校正后硅的结果准确度更好,铑内标回收率在92%~99%。经多个国家一级标准物质多次测试验证,该方法结果与标准值相符,方法比对与人员比对也满足预期。An analytical method for the determination of silicon,aluminum,iron,titanium,potassium and sodium in altered granite lithium ore samples by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)method was established.The samples were heated and digested with a mixture of nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid,and the contents of iron,titanium,potassium and sodium were determined directly on the machine after being calibrated to 100 mL,and the solution to be measured could be used for the determination of lithium content by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)after being diluted.Determination of aluminum and silicon content after dilution of the solution of alkaline melting sample with nickel crucibles of potassium hydroxide,solved the problem of low aluminum content in the determination of some samples dissolved by mixed acid.The accuracy of silicon results has been improved with internal standard rhodium correction,and the recovery rate of the rhodium internal standard recoveries in the range of 92%to 99%.It has been verified that the method results are consistent with the standard values through multiple national first-level standard materials,and the method comparison and personnel comparison also meet expectations.
