摘 要:随着水工项目建设的增多,环境地质灾害风险如滑坡、泥石流等成为重大挑战。本文探讨了风险评估理论和方法,提出了适合水工项目的环境地质灾害风险评估模型,并设计了包含监测、数据处理和预警发布功能的预警系统框架。通过现代监测技术和数据采集技术,结合有效的预警信号生成与传递机制,构建了高效的预警系统。案例分析展示了预警系统在实际水工项目中的应用效果,验证了其减少灾害损失的潜力。With the increase of the construction of hydraulic projects,the risk of environmental geological hazards such as landslide and debris flow have become a major challenge.This paper discusses the theory and method of risk assessment,puts forward an environmental geological hazard risk assessment model suitable for hydraulic projects,and designs an early warning system framework including monitoring,data processing and early warning.An efficient early warning system is constructed through modern monitoring technology and data acquisition technology,combined with an effective early warning signal generation and transmission mechanism.The case study demonstrates the application effect of the early warning system in practical hydraulic projects and verifies its potential to reduce disaster losses.
