摘  要:为了确保修井作业立式猫道导向架安全起升,文中对立式猫道导向架起升过程进行参数优化。建立导向架起升参数化模型,以导向架最大角加速度为优化目标,对起升液压缸的铰接点位置、驱动加速时间进行优化后,导向架最大角加速度和起升液压缸最大驱动力分别减小了45.5%和56.4%。在参数优化的基础上,将导向架柔性化,运用ANSYS和ADAMS建立刚柔耦合模型,对导向架起升过程进行动力学分析。仿真结果表明:液压缸最大驱动力较刚性分析结果增大了11.4%,导向架末端最大变形量为13.4 mm,导向架最大应力为150.4 MPa。刚柔耦合分析结果验证了参数优化的有效性,为立式猫道的设计提供了理论依据。In this article,in order to guarantee safety lifting of the vertical catwalk guide frame during workover,the lifting parameters are optimized.Firstly,the parameterized model of the guide frame is set up to optimize the hydraulic cylinder’s articulated position and driving acceleration time,with the guide frame’s maximum angular acceleration as the optimization objective.As a result,the guide frame’s maximum angular acceleration and the hydraulic cylinder’s maximum driving force reduce by 45.5%and 56.4%respectively.On the basis of parameter optimization,the guide frame’s flexibility is explored;then,Ansys and Adams are used to construct the rigid-flexible coupling model,and the dynamics analysis is conducted on the guide frame’s lifting process.The simulation results show that the maximum driving force exerted on the hydraulic cylinder increases by 11.4%,compared with that obtained from the rigid analysis;the maximum deformation at the guide frame’s end is 13.4 mm,and the maximum stress exerted on the guide frame is 150.4 MPa.The rigid-flexible coupling analysis indicates that these results obtained from parameter optimization are effective,which provide theoretical basis for design of vertical catwalks.
