摘 要:针对动车组空调系统在多故障状态下的性能可靠性缺乏对环境温度考量的问题,文中提出一种基于多维多态T-S故障树的动车组空调系统可靠性分析方法。首先,通过故障树的事件状态描述部件、系统的多态性,并构建T-S门描述规则用于描述多态事件的静态关系;其次,结合影响部件可靠性的运行时间数据和环境温度数据,得到受多因素影响的部件故障概率分布函数和故障概率密度函数;最后,通过多维多态输入规则求解执行可能性,结合多维多态输出规则算法对动车组空调系统进行可靠性分析,得到了动车组空调系统故障概率分布。此外,采用多维多态T-S故障树重要度分析方法,并与T-S故障树重要度分析方法进行对比验证,研究结果表明:该方法能更有效地识别出受多因素影响下空调系统的薄弱部件,并为动车组空调系统的故障诊断及预防提供依据。Since the ambient temperature is not taken into consideration in the EMU air conditioning system’s performance reliability under the multi-fault condition,in this article the EMU air-conditioning system is subject to the reliability analysis based on the multi-dimensional polymorphic T-S fault tree.Firstly,the polymorphisms of both the components and the system are described through the fault tree’s event states,and the T-S gate description rules are constructed to describe the static relationship of polymorphic events.Secondly,both the fault probability distribution function and the fault probability density function are identified by combining the running-time data and the ambient-temperature data which affect the components’reliability.Finally,the EMU air conditioning system is subject to the reliability analysis by solving the execution possibility with the multi-dimensional polymorphic input rules,and the EMU air conditioning system’s fault probability distribution is obtained with the help of the multi-dimensional polymorphic output rules.In addition,the multi-dimensional polymorphic T-S fault tree importance analysis method is compared with the T-S fault tree importance analysis method.The results show that this method is helpful to identify the weak components of the air-conditioning system under the influence of multiple factors.This study provides basis for fault diagnosis and prevention of EMU air conditioning systems.
