摘 要:为解决现有居家健康产品无法满足老龄用户生理和心理需求的问题,以按摩椅为载体,采用决策实验室分析法(Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory, DEMATEL)对产品开发过程中的用户需求因素进行关联分析,确定用户需求间的相互影响关系;结合网络层次分析法(Analytic Network Process, ANP)获取用户需求指标权重排序;采用情境功能-行为-结构(Function-Behavior-Structure, FBS)模型,将用户需求转化为产品结构设计要素,并对设计方案进行系统可用性量表测试。结果表明:基于DEMATEL-ANP与情境FBS模型的智能居家康养设备设计,可满足老年人居家康养需求,上述方法的集成可为康养产品创新设计研究提供新思路。To solve the problem that the existing home health products cannot meet the physiological and psychological requirements of elderly users,the massage chair was used as the example to perform correlation analysis of user requirements factors in the process of product development.And the interactions between user requirements were determined.The index weight ranking of user requirements was obtained by Analytic Network Process(ANP).The situational Function-Behavior-Structure(FBS)model was used to transform user requirements into product structure design elements.The design scheme was test by the system usability scale.The results showed that the design of intelligent home health care equipment based on DEMATEL-ANP and situational FBS model can meet the home health care requirements of the elderly.The integration of above methods can provide new ideas for the innovative design research of health care products.
