摘 要:为提高游乐场海洋球的清洗效果和效率,基于TRIZ理论设计一款海洋球自动清洗机。滚筒毛刷的清洗方式对清洗效果影响显著,通过TRIZ理论设计高效滚筒毛刷清洗机的结构,并进行三维模型制作。通过对海洋球在滚筒内的受力分析,验证方案中的滚筒毛刷具有足够的清洗能力。分别采用单因素试验与正交试验对滚筒转速、毛刷密度和清洗剂中表面活性剂浓度3个因素下的清洗效果进行试验研究与结果分析。结果表明:在滚筒转速为115 r/min、毛刷密度为2.5 n/mm^(2)及含有5%表面活性剂的清洗剂条件下能达到最佳清洗效果。基于试验分析结果进行产品样机制作,保证了清洗效果和效率,为同类产品设计研发提供新思路。To improve the cleaning effect and efficiency of the marine ball in the playground,an automatic marine ball cleaning machine was designed based on TRIZ theory.The cleaning method of the roller brush has a significant impact on the cleaning effect.The structure of high-efficiency roller brush cleaning machine was designed using TRIZ theory,and a 3D model was established.The force analysis of the marine ball in the drum verified that the drum brush had sufficient cleaning ability.Single factor tests and orthogonal tests were performed to study the cleaning effect under 3 factors of drum speed,brush density and surfactant concentration in cleaning agent.When the drum speed is 115 r∕min,the brush density is 2.5 n∕mm^(2) and it contains 5% surfactant,the cleaning effect of the ocean ball cleaning machine can reach its best.Based on the above test analysis results,product prototypes were produced to ensure the cleaning effect and efficiency,and provided new ideas for the design and development of similar products.
