摘  要:当技术系统中存在多个需解决的问题物场模型时,确定问题物场模型的解决次序对标准解的选择和应用具有重要影响。为提高技术系统中物场模型影响度分析的准确性和科学性,实现问题物场模型排序的数字化计算,提出基于决策试验与评价试验法和解释结构模型相结合的物场模型影响度排序算法。将功能分析与物场模型相结合,以消除问题物场模型间的不良作用为目标,提出问题物场模型的作用链简化规则,计算出问题物场模型间不良作用的中心度和原因度,并实现问题物场模型的排序。以变速箱的轴承监测系统为例,为系统的多个问题物场模型排序提供参考,依次解决问题物场模型,验证所提出算法的可行性和有效性。Determining the solution order of the problem field model has great influence on the selection and application of the standard solution,when there are multiple problem field models to be solved in the technical system An influence ordering algorithm of substance field models was proposed based on the combination of the decision test with the evaluation test method and the interpretative structural model to improve the precision and scientific rigor of the influence analysis of the substance field models in the technical system,as well as to achieve the digital calculation of the problematic substance field model ordering.Functional analysis was combined with substance field modeling to eliminate unwanted interactions between problematic substance field models.A simplification regulation for the problematic substance field model’s action chain was proposed.The centrality degree and cause degree of the undesired interactions between the problematic substance field models were determined.The problematic substance field models were ordered.The gearbox’s bearing monitor system was used as an example to offer a reference for sorting the system’s various problematic substance field models.The problem substance field models were solved progressively to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed approach.
