摘  要:针对硅胶增材制造过程中存在线宽不均匀、转角处堆积误差的问题,研究了挤出式硅胶增材制造中线宽误差的控制与补偿。设计了一种标准路径用于评估硅胶打印路径线宽均匀性,采用硅胶直接挤出方式打印试验得到挤出头起步状态打印线宽与稳态线宽比例,进行线宽比与挤出头高度、进给速度的函数拟合,得到延迟误差补偿函数,最后进行打印程序修正验证;采用激光反馈对拐角处材料堆积的线宽误差进行测量,并利用挤出头不同进给速度下的线宽数据进行挤出头进给速度的调整优化,最终通过试验验证考虑转角处误差的打印参数优化方法的合理性,进而改善硅胶成形质量。In this article,in order to solve such problems as uneven line width errors and stacking angular errors at the corner in the process of silicone additive manufacturing,efforts are made to explore the control and compensation of line width errors in terms of extrusion-based silicone additive manufacturing.Firstly,a standard path is designed to evaluate the uniformity of the silicone printing path.The line width ratios of the extrusion head in the initial state and in the steady state are obtained by means of the extrusion-based silicone printing experiment.Then,the relation function between the line width ratio on one hand and the extrusion head’s height and feed speed on the other hand is fitted,in order to work out the delay error’s compensation function.Next,the printing program is corrected and verified through a series of experiment.In addition,the laser feedback is used to measure the line width error of material stacking at the corner,and the data on the line width of the extrusion head with different feed speeds is used to adjust and optimize the feed speed.Finally,a series of experiment are carried out to verify that the printing parameter optimization method with the angular error taken into consideration is rational.Therefore,the silicone’s forming quality greatly improves.
