摘 要:为了克服传统容积泵结构复杂、自密封性差等问题,文中设计了一种椭圆转子摆动刮板泵,用摆动刮板代替传统叶片泵的往复移动叶片或齿轮泵的一个齿轮,形成一种新型无阀式、结构紧凑和体积较小的流体动力装置。介绍了椭圆转子刮板泵的结构和工作原理;计算了刮板泵的理论平均流量公式;采用面积扫过法,推导了椭圆转子泵的理论瞬时流量公式,并采用MATLAB软件建立了泵流量脉动率及面积利用系数的数学模型。分析后得出,随着转子椭圆轴比的增大,流量脉动率从100%逐渐增加到200%,面积利用系数从100%逐渐减小至0;针对椭圆转子泵的流量脉动率较大的问题,提出了两泵并联的解决方案,当两泵转子相位差为π∕2时,流量脉动率降低至33%。所得结论可为刮板泵的最优化设计提供理论依据。Since the traditional volumetric pump suffers such problems as complex structure and poor self-sealing,in this article an elliptical rotor oscillating scraper pump is designed.The oscillating scraper is used to replace the traditional vane pump’s reciprocating moving blade or the gear pump’s gear,thus forming a new valveless hydrodynamic device characterized with compact structure and small volume.Besides,the elliptical rotor scraper pump’s structure and working principle are introduced;the formula of the pump’s theoretical average flow formula is calculated;the area sweep method is used to deduce the formula of the pump’s theoretical instantaneous flow;MATLAB is used to set up the mathematical model of the pump’s flow pulsation rate and the area utilization coefficient.The analysis shows that with the ever-growing rotor’s elliptical axis ratio,the flow pulsation rate gradually increases from 100%to 200%,and the area utilization coefficient gradually decreases from 100%to 0.The elliptical rotor pump’s flow pulsation rate is large,a solution of two pumps in parallel is proposed.When the rotor phase difference of the two pumps isπ∕2,the flow pulsation rate reduces to 33%.These findings provide theoretical basis for optimal design of scraper pumps.
