摘  要:双层套管接头是飞机燃油管路连接使用的一种柔性管接头,可以对所连接的管路进行位移与转角的补偿,具有复杂的力学特性。文中依据套管接头结构组成,分析了带有双层套管接头的航空管路内、外管与柔性接头间的振动耦合机制;采用ABAQUS软件建立了含有管路、P形卡箍、支架及双层套管接头的管路单元有限元模型,针对于管路单元开展了约束模态分析,针对管路前8阶固有频率探究了摩擦因数及套管接头对固有频率的影响;最后搭接振动系统测试平台,通过对频域响应的测量,验证了仿真结果的有效性。结果表明:各阶固有频率随着摩擦因数的增大和套管接头的存在而降低,考虑套管接头和不考虑套管接头的固有频率误差最大约为81.17%,有限元仿真时选择摩擦因数为0.6时所得固有频率与试验结果的误差最小。The double-casing joint is a flexible pipeline joint used in the connection of aircraft fuel system,which can compensate the displacement and angle of all connected pipelines,with complex mechanical characteristics.In this article,based on the casing joint's structural composition,efforts are made to explore the vibration coupling mechanism between the inner-outer pipelines with the double-casing joint and the flexible joint in the aerospace pipeline system.The finite-element model of the pipeline unit is set up by ABAQUS,which contains the pipeline,the P-type clamp,the bracket and the double-casing joint;the constrained modal analysis is carried out on the pipeline unit;the effects of the friction coefficient and the casing joint on the pipeline unit's first 8-order natural frequencies are explored.Finally,the test bench is specially designed for the vibration system,and the frequency domain response is measured;it is verified that the simulation results are valid.The results show that the natural frequencies of each order decrease with the ever-growing friction coefficient and the presence of the casing joint.With and without the casing joint taken into consideration,the maximum error in the natural frequencies is about 81.17%.When the friction coefficient is selected as 0.6 for the finite-element simulation,the error between the measured natural frequencies and the experimental results is the smallest.
