摘 要:膝关节骨性关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis,KOA)患者随着人口老龄化逐年增加,发病后期患者多选择全膝关节置换术(Total Knee Arthroplasty,TKA)进行治疗,因此,术后辅助康复需求激增。文中以屈伸运动、固踝屈伸、直腿抬高和弯腿屈膝4种康复动作为设计依据,在进行人体膝关节生物力学分析的基础上,开展了卧式TKA术后辅助康复装置设计。在MATLAB与ADAMS环境下进行了设计参数分析和虚拟样机数值模拟,进而对比分析了髋、膝关节相关运动参数,验证了康复装置的可行性及康复效果影响因素,为下一步样机的研制奠定了基础。Currently,there are more and more Knee Osteoarthritis(KOA)patients due to population aging,and the patients with serious symptoms often choose Total Knee Arthroplasty(TKA)for treatment,so the demand for post-operative auxiliary rehabilitation surges.This article focuses on four types of rehabilitation exercise,such as flexion and extension,ankle flexion and extension,straight leg raising,and bent knee flexion.The biomechanical analysis is carried out on the knee joint,the horizontal auxiliary rehabilitation training device after the TKA operation is designed.In the environment of MATLAB and ADAMS,the design parameters are analyzed,and the virtual prototype is subjected to the numerical simulation;then,the related motion parameters of the hip and knee joints are compared and analyzed.These results shown that this rehabilitation device is feasible.Besides,the influencing factors of the rehabilitation effect are identified,which lays a solid foundation for development of next-generation prototypes.
