摘  要:高速动车牵引电机组是动车组的动力核心部分,其可靠性对动车组的安全运行至关重要,因此,文中针对高速动车牵引电机组的可靠性进行了研究。利用电机组的故障文本数据进行分析,绘制了各单元及高频故障的分布曲线,分析了各组成单元的故障致因及高频故障的分布特点,建立了牵引电机组故障树模型,求出1×106 km故障概率;将故障树模型转化为贝叶斯网络,采用故障概率和失效率求出了贝叶斯网络的后验概率;使用后验概率进行重要性排序,找出了系统的薄弱环节和可靠度较小的故障,验证了用贝叶斯网络分析电机组可靠性方法的有效性。据此研究,动车组在维修检修过程中可根据其重要性排查故障情况并制订检修策略。The traction motor unit is the core of power for high-speed EMUs,whose reliability is crucial to the whole vehicle’s safe operation.Therefore,this article focuses on the traction motor unit’s reliability.Firstly,the analysis is conducted on the traction motor unit’s the fault text data,the distribution curves of each unit and the high-frequency faults are drawn,and both the fault causes of each component unit and the distribution characteristics of the high-frequency faults are explored.Secondly,the model of fault tree for the traction motor unit is set up,in order to calculate the fault rate of one million kilometers.Finally,the model of fault tree is transformed into Bayesian Network,and the posteriori probability of Bayesian Network is worked out by means of the failure probability and the failure rate.Then,the posterior probability is used for importance ranking,and the system’s weak links and the low-reliability faults are found.It is verified that Bayesian Network is effective for the analysis on the traction motor unit’s reliability.This study provides theoretical guidance for troubleshooting of EMUs according to their importance in the process of maintenance and repair on one hand and for formulation of maintenance strategies on the other hand.
