真空挤出机螺旋绞刀的多目标优化设计

摘  要:真空挤出机是新型墙材成型生产的关键设备,螺旋绞刀是该设备的核心部件,其性能直接决定了真空挤出机的生产质量、效率和能耗等指标。文中基于泥料二维流场运动和宾汉体假设对绞刀进行受力分析,建立能耗与产能多目标优化的数学模型,针对数学模型多目标、多约束条件的特点采用随机方向搜索法基于MATLAB软件对螺旋绞刀结构进行了分析与优化,并以山东某企业生产的JKY75∕60真空挤出机为例进行验证。计算结果显示:真空挤出机优化后较优化前能耗减小2.9 kW,产能提升2.4 m^(3)∕h且螺旋绞刀的内缘半径、外缘半径和螺旋升角的最佳值均在经验数据的取值范围内。The vacuum extruder is the key equipment for producing new wall materials.The spiral reamer is the core component of this equipment;its performance determines the vacuum extruder’s production quality,efficiency and energy consumption.In this article,the spiral reamer is subject to the force analysis based on the mud two-dimensional flow field movement and the Bingham body hypothesis;efforts are made to set up the mechanical model of multi-objective optimization for energy consumption and production capacity.According to the characteristics of mathematical model’s multiple objectives and constraints,the spiral reamer’s structure is analyzed and optimized with the help of both the random direction search method and MATLAB.Besides,the JKY75∕60 vacuum extruder produced by an enterprise in Shandong province is taken as an example for verification.The results show that after the extruder is optimized,its energy consumption decreases by 2.9 kW while its production capacity increases by 2.4 m^(3)∕h;the best values of the spiral reamer’s inner radius,outer radius and spiral angle are within the range of the empirical data.
