摘  要:为设计出满足用户实际需求的森林消防装备,从灭火任务全流程出发,通过用户体验地图(User Experience Map,UEM)挖掘用户在森林消防任务中的实际需求;采用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)并结合Kano模型计算各需求指标综合权重并排序;采用功能分析系统技术(Functional Analysis System Technology,FAST)对权重较大的需求进行功能转化、延展及验证,以获得总体功能;根据UEM-AHP-FAST方法对森林消防装备进行设计,提出3种设计方案,并以系统可用性量表与Likert五点量表对设计方案进行评价,验证了设计方法的有效性,为相关产品的创新设计提供参考。In order to design forest firefighting equipment that met user actual requirements,the User Experience Map(UEM)was used to explore the actual user requirements in forest firefighting tasks.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)combined with KANO Model were used to calculate the comprehensive weights of each requirement indicator and rank them.Functional Analysis System Technology(FAST)were adopted to transform,extend and validate the highly weighted requirements,so as to obtain overall function.The forest firefighting equipment was designed according to UEM-AHP-FAST.Three kinds of design schemes were proposed and evaluated using system usability scale and five-point Likert scale to verify the feasibility of this method,which could provide references for the innovative design of related products.
