摘  要:空气包作为石油钻井过程中最重要的压力脉动缓冲设备,其缓冲效果对钻井泵能否稳定工作有着巨大的影响。文中以QDP-2200钻井泵使用的无气囊式空气包为例,基于计算流体动力学的双向流固耦合方法,研究无气囊式空气包的压力脉动情况和流体速度分布情况,同时对比无预应力和有流固耦合预应力情况下无气囊式空气包的模态分析结果。研究结果表明:该空气包对于压力脉动的衰减较为显著,衰减率为65%,最大的流速冲击发生在内插管由大变小的管口区域;无气囊式空气包结构内部最大等效应力小于材料的屈服强度,最大的变形值为1.211×10^(-3) mm;在流固耦合作用下空气包的第5,6阶振型最大值有所增加,但总体振型最大值变化较小。The air package is the most important pressure pulsation buffer equipment in the oil-drilling process,whose cushioning effect has great influence on the drilling pump’s stable operation.This article focuses on the airbag-free air package used by the QDP-2200 drilling pump.The bidirectional fluid-solid coupling method of computational fluid dynamics is used to explore the airbag-free air package’s pressure pulsation and fluid velocity distribution;the results obtained from the modal analysis on the airbag-free air package without pre-stress and with fluid-solid coupling pre-stress are compared.It is shown that the air package experiences a significant reduce in the attenuation of pressure pulsation,with the rate of 65%;the flow rate has the greatest impact in the nozzle area of the inner cannula changing from large to small.The maximum equivalent force inside the air package is less than the material’s yield strength;the maximum effect becomes 1.211×10^(-3) mm;through fluid-solid coupling,the maximum values of the air package’s 5th-and-6th mode shapes increase,but the maximum value of its overall mode shape changes little.
