摘 要:针对传统电涡流缓速器制动功率密度低和持续制动热衰退的问题,提出一种新型混合励磁液冷式电涡流缓速器。在介绍该新型缓速器结构和工作原理的基础上,建立了其等效磁路分析模型,基于等效磁路法,建立了新型缓速器的涡流制动力矩模型。建立了新型缓速器的有限元分析模型,对不同励磁电流下的气隙磁密、制动特性和空载特性进行了数值模拟,得到了新型缓速器的电磁制动特性,并验证了等效磁路理论计算模型的有效性。结果表明:在相同励磁电流的条件下,新型混合励磁液冷电涡流缓速器的制动力矩明显大于传统纯电励磁缓速器的,当转速为1000 r∕min且励磁电流为40 A时,新型混合励磁缓速器的制动力矩为1700 N·m,而纯电励磁缓速器的制动力矩为880 N·m。新型缓速器的空载力矩不大于1 N·m。Since the traditional eddy-current retarder(ECR)suffers low density in braking power and heat fade in continuous braking,in this article a new hybrid-excitation liquid-cooled eddy-current retarder(LHECR)is proposed.Based on the introduction of the new LHECR’s structure and working principle,the magnetic equivalent circuit(MEC)analytical model is set up.With the help of the MEC method,the eddy-current braking torque model of the new LHECR is constructed.Then,the finite-element analytical model of the new LHECR is set up.Such factors as air-gap magnetic density,braking characteristics and no-load characteristics with different excitation currents are numerically simulated.As a result,the new LHEC’s electromagnetic braking characteristics are worked out,and it is verified that the MEC theoretical calculation model is valid.The results show that with the same excitation current,the new LHECR’s braking characteristics are significantly higher than those of the traditional pure electric excitation ECR.When the speed is 1000 r∕min and the excitation current is 40 A,the new LHECR’s braking torque is 1700 N·m,while the pure electric excitation ECR’s braking torque is 880 N·m.The new LHECR retarder’s no-load torque is less than 1 N·m.
