摘 要:无阀泵泵腔内部复合结构的排布和耦合特性直接影响着液体的流动状态,导致输出特性产生差异。为了探究无阀压电泵泵腔内部圆顶复合结构耦合特性对输出性能的影响,泵腔圆顶结构的参数选取为4 mm和8 mm,梯形结构角度选取为3°和9°,圆角导流结构的参数设置为2,3和6 mm,采用正交试验法对不同结构的参数进行排列组合,从理论基础推导了复合结构之间的关系,采用有限元仿真方法对结构进行了仿真分析,最后制作了系列样机泵并进行了试验。试验结果显示:当圆顶为8 mm、梯形结构角度为9°、圆角为3 mm的参数组合时,在电压为210 V、频率为50 Hz的驱动条件下,泵输出流量达到最佳状态为186.8 mL∕min,此时仿真输出流量为182.21 mL∕min,相对误差为2.52%,当圆顶为8 mm、梯形结构角度为3°、圆角为3 mm的参数组合时,仿真和测试输出流量相对误差达到最大为17.40%,通过分析圆顶复合结构的耦合特性为压电泵输出性能的提升提供了有效的参考。Both the distribution and the coupling characteristics of valveless pump cavity’s dome composite structure affect the liquid flow directly,thus resulting in difference in the pump’s output characteristics.In this article,in order to explore the influence of the coupling characteristics of valveless piezoelectric pump cavity’s dome composite structure on the pump’s output performance,the parameters of the dome structure are selected as 4 mm and 8 mm;the angles of the trapezoid structure are selected as 3°and 9°;the parameters of the fillet diversion structure are 2,3 and 6 mm.The structural parameters are arranged and combined through the orthogonal test;efforts are made to derive the relationship between different composite structures according to the related theories.Then,the composite structures are subject to the finite-element simulation and analysis.Finally,a series of prototype pump are produced and tested.The results show that with the combined parameters of the dome 8 mm,the trapezoid angle 9°and the fillet 3 mm,the pimp’s output flow is the best 186.8 mL∕min,driven by the voltage 210 V and the frequency 50 Hz;the simulated output flow is 182.21 mL∕min,with the error of 2.52%.With the combined parameters of the dome 8 mm,the trapezoid angle 3°and the fillet 3 mm,the error of the simulated and tested output flow reaches the maximum of 17.40%.The study on the dome composite structure’s coupling characteristics provides effective reference for improvement of the piezoelectric pump’s output performance.
