摘  要:随着新一代科技革命和产业革命的不断深入,传统的工程教育已经无法满足新时代对工科人才的需求,因此,高校如何作出教育应答,如何加快推进工科教育的改革、加快新工科拔尖人才的培养,成为我国高等教育发展的必然需求。面向新工科背景,突破传统教育的局限,优化学科专业新结构,以及创新教育教学新模式具有重要意义。文中围绕数控机床故障强度函数实验教学,查找当前课程建设的不足,积极探索新工科实验教学新手段,基于MATLAB GUI平台进行数控机床故障强度函数建模仿真试验平台的建设,对辅助课堂教学、开展实验项目,加深学生对理论知识的理解及对工程实践能力的培养具有积极的意义。With the ever-deepening new-generation scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution,traditional engineering education fails to meet the demand for engineering talents in the new era.Therefore,colleges and universities should properly respond to these changes in the educational field,accelerate the reform of engineering education and cultivate more top talents in new engineering,which becomes an inevitable trend of higher education in China.In the context of new engineering,it is of great significance to break through the limitation of traditional education,optimize the structure of disciplines as well as innovate the mode of education and teaching.In this article,with focus on the experimental teaching of failure strength function for CNC machine tool,efforts are made to identify the deficiency of the current curriculum system and actively explore new means of experimental teaching,which are specially designed for new engineering.The MATLAB GUI platform is used to set up the modeling-simulation-experiment platform of fault strength function for CNC machine tool,which is of positive significance to assist classroom teaching,carry out experimental projects,deepen students’understanding of theoretical knowledge,and cultivate their hands-on ability in engineering.
