摘  要:为降低流水线车间操作工人肌肉骨骼疾病(Musculoskeletal Disorders,MSDs)的风险,提出一种融合MSDs评价和Jack仿真的作业工位人机改良设计方法。以M公司超载作业工位为例,采用自我评价和快速上肢评估(Rapid Upper Limb Assessment,RULA)分析法,发现操作工人的腰部是受MSDs影响最大的部位,其次是颈部和右肩。以此为依据对作业工位中工作台、超载机和工位布局进行针对性改良设计。通过Jack仿真软件验证了改良方案中操作工人的可视域与可达域良好,且在6个关键动作中有4个动作的RULA等级降低1级,证明改良方案的人机工程性能良好,可有效降低操作工人的MSDs患病风险。通过超载作业工位的人机改良设计案例,证明MSDs评价和Jack仿真的结合在车间作业工位设计中的实用性和可行性。An improved design method for workstations based on MSDs evaluation and Jack simulation was proposed to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders in line shop operators.Taking the overload operation station of M company as an example,self-evaluation method and Rapid Upper Limb Assessment(RULA)were adopted to analyze and identify that the operator’s waist was the most affected part by MSDs,followed by neck and right shoulder.Based on this analysis,improved design was performed on the worktable,overloading machine,and layout of workstations.The Jack simulation software verified that the improved scheme had good visual field and reachable field.Two-thirds of the key actions had lower RULA level,which proved its good ergonomic performance in effectively reducing MSDs risk for operators.
