摘 要:为提高现有铁钻工遥控盒产品的使用舒适度与操作效率,提出一种融合层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)、灰色关联法(Grey Relation Analysis,GRA)和逼近理想解排序法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution,TOPSIS)与人机工程的产品设计评价方法。通过调研问卷与实地访谈量化设计需求,构建铁钻工遥控盒评价模型确定综合权重;结合人体手部结构与视觉特性,根据人机工程相关原则对产品整体造型尺寸与显控元件布局进行改进设计;将灰色加权关联度融入TOPSIS法对方案进行综合评价与选优,并通过CATIA仿真软件进行验证,证明优化后的产品方案可有效提高铁钻工遥控盒的操作舒适度。通过方案评价模型提高了设计过程中的科学性与严谨性,为铁钻工操作控制系统的设计方案决策提供思路与参考。In order to improve the comfort and operation efficiency of the existing iron roughneck remote-control box products,a product design evaluation method was proposed combining AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process),GRA(Grey Relation Analysis),TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution)and ergonomics.The design requirements were quantified through questionnaire and field interview.An evaluation model of iron roughneck remote-control box was constructed to determine the comprehensive weight.Combined with the structure and visual characteristics of the human hand,the overall modeling dimension of the product and the layout of the display and control components were improved according to the relevant principles of ergonomics.The grey weighted correlation degree was integrated into the TOPSIS method to comprehensively evaluate and select the scheme.The verification was carried out by CATIA simulation software.The results showed that this method could prove that the optimized product scheme could effectively improve the operation comfort of the remote-control box of the iron roughneck.It also improved the scientificity and rigor of the design process through the scheme evaluation model,which provided ideas and references for the design scheme decision-making of the iron roughneck operation control system.
