大都市地区乡村高质量发展与空间治理刍议

摘　　要：大都市地区作为城乡关系复杂、空间体系多样的关键区域,其乡村发展在城镇化后期面临功能重组与治理升级的双重挑战。随着农业现代化、生态价值化及数字化技术的嵌入,乡村功能呈现多元化趋势,功能与空间协同成为高质量发展的核心路径。研究指出,大都市乡村功能拓展的空间格局与都市圈层结构高度关联。同时,资本介入下的空间低效低质等问题也亟需通过功能与空间的协同优化构建“城-镇-村”网络化分工体系,强化底线管控与资源整合。最后,在数字技术嵌入的新时代,需依托数字技术强化治理效率,防范资本对乡土文化的浅层转化,构建新型社会网络联系。未来应立足区域分工规律,以功能与空间的协同发展为导向,推动乡村从“城市附属”向城乡融合示范单元转型,为全国乡村高质量发展提供样本。The excellent traditional Chinese culture is both historical and modern.Exploring and empowering modern value to traditional culture is a basic requirement for promoting the creative transformation and innovative development of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,a realistic guarantee for achieving the modernization of na-tional governance capabilities,and also the inevitable path for vigorously promoting cultural confidence and self-strengthening.The research has found that problems,such as the interpretation of traditional culture genes,the es-tablishment of a system that adapts traditional culture to modern value,and the inheritance paths of traditional cul-ture,are the current practical bottlenecks in exploring and empowering modern value to traditional culture.It is suggested to study and interpret traditional culture,to formulate a theoretical system for integrating traditional cul-ture genes with contemporary value;We also need innovate and develop traditional culture and activate the contem-porary inheritance paths of traditional culture;It's also advised to activate and utilize traditional culture and to em-power traditional culture with contemporary charm and modern value.
