摘　　要：传统村落在现代化进程中正面临着文化传承断代和经济社会发展难以持续的现实困境。该文梳理分析了北京市门头沟区马栏村在国土空间利用、产业转型和文化传承方面的实践探索及其面临的人口空心化、产业同质化和生态价值转化不足等现实问题,基于空间生产理论框架,提出应围绕建设“京韵”乡村,通过空间、人群、产业和文化四方面的精细化治理,以资源价值显化为核心构建“小切口、多场景、精细化、多功能”的活化路径。Traditional villages are facing the practical dilemmas of the interruption of cultural inheritance and the unsustainable economic and social development in the process of modernization.This paper combs and analyzes the practical explorations of Malan Village in Mentougou District,Beijing,in terms of the utilization of territorial space,industrial transformation,and cultural inheritance,as well as the practical problems it faces,such as population hollowing out,industrial homogenization,and insufficient transformation of ecological values.Based on the theoretical framework of space production,it is proposed that an activation path of"small entry points,multiple scenarios,refinement,and multiple functions"should be constructed with the manifestation of resource values as the core,centering around the construction of villages with"Beijing charm",through the refined governance in four aspects:space,population,industry,and culture.
