摘　　要：目的针对贝朗Dialog+血透机出现的“透析通路受干扰”和“即将重复DF(透析液)压力自检”报警问题,分析故障并提出解决方案,以保障设备的正常运行和患者治疗安全。方法通过分析血透机的工作原理,采用由简到繁的故障排查思路,逐步定位故障源。结果上述的两个故障均得到解除,设备自检通过,恢复正常运行。结论一个故障的出现可能有多种原因,该研究可为血透机同类故障的快速诊断与维修提供可借鉴的方法,对保障血液透析治疗的正常开展具有重要实践价值。【Objective】This paper addresses the"Dialysis Access Interference"and"Imminent Repeat DF(Dialysate)Pressure Self-Test"alarms occurring in the B.Braun Dialog+hemodialysis machine,analyzing the faults and proposing solutions to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the safety of patient treatment.【Methods】By examining the working principles of the hemodialysis machine,a step-by-step troubleshooting approach was adopted to gradually identify the source of the faults.【Results】Both aforementioned faults were resolved,the device passed the self-test,and normal operation was restored.【Conclusion】A single fault may have multiple causes.This study provides a reference method for the rapid diagnosis and repair of similar faults in hemodialysis machines,offering significant practical value for ensuring the smooth implementation of hemodialysis treatment.
