太极拳练习对冠心病患者康复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察冠心病患者开展太极拳练习对其心肺功能及康复效果的影响。方法:选取郑州市第七人民医院2022年1月至2024年1月收治的100例冠心病患者开展研究,使用随机数字表法将入组对象分入对照组(50例,常规治疗)与观察组(50例,常规治疗+太极拳练习)。比较3个月后两组患者心肺功能、实验室检查指标、生活质量评分与不良反应发生率。结果:治疗3个月后,相比于对照组,观察组心肺功能(无氧阈、峰值摄氧量、峰值氧脉搏)指标较高,脑钠肽及超敏心肌肌钙蛋白I指标较低,生活质量评分较高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗过程中,均未发生不良反应。结论:冠心病患者开展太极拳康复练习,可积极改善患者心肺功能与实验室指标,提高生活质量,且不会增加不良反应风险,具有应用优势。Objective To observe the effect of Taijiquan on cardiopulmonary function and rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Zhengzhou Seventh People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected for this study.Randomized number table method was used to divide the enrolled subjects into control group(50 cases,conventional treatment)and observation group(50 cases,conventional treatment+Taijiquan practice).Cardiopulmonary function,laboratory test indicators,quality of life score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after 3 months.Results After 3 months of treatment,compared with the control group,the indexes of cardiopulmonary function(anaerobic threshold,peak oxygen uptake,peak oxygen pulse)in the observation group were higher,the indexes of brain natriuretic peptide and hypersensitive cardiac troponin I were lower,and the score of quality of life was higher,with statistical significance(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusion Taijiquan rehabilitation practice in patients with coronary heart disease can actively improve the cardiopulmonary function and laboratory indexes,improve the quality of life,and does not increase the risk of adverse reactions,so it has application advantages.
