佛山地区献血人数减少的原因调查分析

摘　　要：目的:对佛山地区的社会人群进行献血等相关问题的调查分析,以期采取有针对性的措施招募和保留献血者,从而改善临床用血紧张的现状。方法:采取线上整群抽样法问卷调查的方式对佛山地区献血人数减少的原因进行调查,调查对象共1570位,调查内容包括年龄、性别、职业、户籍及封闭性和开放性问题等几个方面。进行必要的描述性统计,采用多因素Logistic回归分析影响献血的主要因素。结果:结合有无献血经历的人员比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析表明,献血的安全性(OR=2.032,P<0.05)、个人健康状况(OR=1.876,P<0.05)、献血点是否方便(OR=0.542,P<0.05)及工作人员的态度和技术(OR=0.621,P<0.05)差异有统计学意义。结论:献血的安全性、个人健康状况、献血便利性、工作人员的态度和技术是影响献血意愿的主要因素,应采取相应的措施招募和保留献血者。Objective To investigate and analyze the relevant problems of blood donation among the social population in Foshan area,so as to take targeted measures to recruit and retain blood donors,so as to improve the current situation of blood shortage in clinical use.Methods The online cluster sampling method was used to investigate 1570 subjects,including age,gender,occupation,household registration,closed and open questions.Necessary descriptive statistics were performed,and the main factors affecting blood donation were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression.Results There was no significant difference in blood donation experience(P>0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the safety of blood donation(OR=2.032,P<0.05),personal health status(OR=1.876,P<0.05),convenience of blood donation points(OR=0.542,P<0.05)and staff attitude and technology(OR=0.621,P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The safety of blood donation,personal health status,convenience of blood donation,staff attitude and skills are the main factors affecting the willingness to donate blood,and corresponding measures should be taken to recruit and retain blood donors.
