老年2型糖尿病患者低血糖恐惧和心理痛苦的关系:心理韧性的中介效应分析

摘　　要：目的探究心理韧性在老年2型糖尿病患者低血糖恐惧和心理痛苦间的中介作用。方法于2024年5月至8月,采用基本资料调查表、心理韧性量表、糖尿病痛苦量表、低血糖恐惧量表进行调查。结果154例老年2型糖尿病患者心理痛苦平均得分为(38.62±5.67)分,各条目均分为(2.27±0.33)分,低血糖恐惧平均得分为(42.81±4.27)分,心理韧性平均得分为(61.92±4.48)分。中介效应分析结果显示,低血糖恐惧通过心理韧性对心理痛苦的间接效应为0.101,占总效应量的29.6%。结论可通过改善老年2型糖尿病患者心理韧性,缓解低血糖恐惧,进一步降低其心理痛苦。Objective To explore the mediating role of psychological resilience between hypoglycemia fear and psychological distress in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods From May to August 2024,the basic data questionnaire,psychological resilience scale,diabetes pain scale and hypoglycemia fear scale were used to investigate.Results The average score of psychological distress in 154 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes was(38.62±5.67)points,the average score of each item was(2.27±0.33)points,the average score of hypoglycemia fear was(42.81±4.27)points,and the average score of psychological resilience was(61.92±4.48)points.The results of mediating effect analysis showed that the indirect effect of hypoglycemic fear on psychological distress through psychological resilience was 0.101,accounting for 29.6%of the total effect size.Conclusion It can relieve the hypoglycemia fear,and further reduce their psychological distress through improving the psychological resilience of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes。
