闽派小儿推拿在降低肌性斜颈小儿颈部歪斜角度中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究闽派小儿推拿在降低肌性斜颈小儿颈部歪斜角度中的应用。方法选择2023年1月至2024年8月于福建中医药大学附属康复医院接受治疗的80例肌性斜颈小儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表将患儿分成对照组和观察组,每组各40例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予常规治疗和闽派小儿推拿,对比两组患儿颈部歪斜角度、症状改善情况。结果治疗前,两组患儿颈部歪斜角度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗1个月、治疗6个月后,患儿颈部歪斜角度显著下降,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,患儿颈部包块厚度、挛缩长度及颈部旋转、侧屈幅度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗6个月后,患儿颈部包块厚度、挛缩长度下降,颈部旋转、侧屈幅度提升,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.000,P=0.025)。结论闽派小儿推拿能有效降低肌性斜颈患儿的颈部歪斜角度,改善颈部症状,提高治疗有效率。Objective To explore the application of Min-school pediatric massage in reducing the skew angle of the neck of children with muscular torocollis.Methods A total of 80 children with muscular torocollis who received treatment in the Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the objects.A random number table was used to divide the children into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given Min-school pediatric massage.The angle of neck skew and the improvement of symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in neck skew angle between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 month and 6 months of treatment,the neck skew angle of the children decreased significantly,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,neck mass thickness,contracture length,neck rotation,and lateral flexion amplitude of children showed no difference of statistical significance(P>0.05).After 6 months of treatment,neck mass thickness and contracture length decreased,while neck rotation and lateral flexion amplitude increased,and the observation group was better than the control group,with difference of statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),higher than that of the control group 80.00%(32/40),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.000,P=0.025).Conclusion Min-school pediatric massage can effectively reduce the skew Angle of the neck of children with muscular torticollis,improve the neck symptoms,and improve the treatment efficiency.
