温泉疗法的研究现状、热点及趋势分析——基于CNKI数据库的CiteSpace文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的使用CiteSpace文献计量软件对温泉疗法的研究现状、热点及趋势进行可视化分析,探索温泉疗法研究新思路。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库收录至2024年6月30日温泉疗法相关文献,再通过CiteSpace对文献进行可视化分析。结果共纳入文献471篇。发文量逐年增长,发文最多的机构是江苏省工人汤山疗养院,关键词共现分析显示排名前3位的关键词分别是温泉、水疗、银屑病,关键词突现分析显示较为活跃的是水疗、睡眠质量,关键词聚类分析获得水疗、泥疗、颈椎病、银屑病等聚类,关键词聚类时序图谱分析显示温泉疗法研究持续时间久、应用广泛、形式多样。结论目前温泉疗法主要有水疗、泥疗等方式,可有效缓解颈椎病、皮肤病,改善人体亚健康状态,在康复疗养治疗中起到辅助作用,未来可进一步探索温泉疗法在疾病治疗方面的临床效果。Objective The research status,hot spots and trends of hot spring therapy were visually analyzed by using CiteSpace bibliometric software so as to explore new ideas for hot spring therapy research.Methods Literature related to hot spring therapy was retrieved from CNKI database to June 30,2024,and then visually analyzed by CiteSpace.Results A total of 471 articles were included.The number of published papers had increased year by year,and the institution with the most published papers was Jiangsu Workers'Tangshan Sanatorium.Keywords co-occurrence analysis showed that the top 3 keywords were hot spring,spa and psoriasis,keywords outburst analysis showed that the more active ones were spa and sleep quality,and keywords cluster analysis had obtained hydrotherapy,mud therapy,cervical spondylosis,psoriasis and other clusters.The analysis of clustering sequence atlas showed that hot spring therapy research lasted for a long time,was widely used and had various forms.Conclusion At present,hot spring therapy mainly includes hydrotherapy,mud therapy and other methods,which can effectively alleviate cervical spondylosis and skin diseases,improve the sub-health state of the human body,and play an auxiliary role in rehabilitation and recuperation treatment.In the future,the clinical effect of hot spring therapy in disease treatment can be further explored.
