摘　　要：温泉疗法在我国古已有之,并广泛用于疾病养生预防保健,然而与之相关的中医类文献较少,本文拟基于中医五脏相关疾病的温泉疗法探讨温泉的医疗价值。通过温泉研究背景、愈病防病机制、在中医五脏相关疾病中的医疗价值、风险与不足、未来展望等方面分析温泉在中医临床应用中的价值。阐明了温泉疗法在中医“心肝脾肺肾”五脏疾病之间的应用,为进一步研究打下了基础。温泉疗法是“无药之药”,既可单独使用又可以与其他疗法相配合,疗效确切、安全性高,具有简便廉验的特点。Hot spring therapy has existed in ancient China,and is widely used in disease health prevention and health care.However,there are few traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)literatures reporting the benefits of hot spring therapy.This review discussed the medical value of hot spring therapy based on the TCM Five-Zang diseases.This paper illustrated the value of hot spring therapy in clinical application of TCM from the aspects of research background of hot spring,mechanism of disease cure and prevention,medical value,risk and deficiency in Five-Zang diseases of TCM,and future prospect.The application of hot spring therapy in the Five-Zang diseases of"heart,liver,spleen,lung and kidney"of TCM was expounded,which laid a foundation for further study.Hot spring therapy is a"medicine without medication",which can be used alone or combined with other therapies.It has the characteristics of precise efficacy,high safety,simple and inexpensive.
