摘　　要：随着全球人口结构的转变,老龄化问题日益凸显,社会衰弱作为一种老年人常见不良健康状态,涵盖了生理、心理以及社会等诸多层面,它描述了个体在面对生活压力和健康挑战时的适应能力和抵抗力的下降。社会衰弱不仅影响老年人的生活质量,还可能导致医疗资源的过度消耗和社会经济负担的增加。本文通过综合现有的研究文献,总结老年人发生社会衰弱的影响因素,通过综合分析得出年龄、性别、睡眠障碍、抑郁情绪、家庭和社会支持等内部和外部因素均会对老年人社会衰弱的发生造成不同程度的影响。因此,建议未来能够评估并提出预防老年人社会衰弱发生的干预措施,为预防和治疗老年人的社会衰弱构建全面的社会支持网络,降低老年人社会衰弱发生率,促进健康老龄化的发展。With the transformation of the global population structure,the issue of aging is becoming increasingly prominent.Social frailty,as a common adverse health condition among the elderly,encompasses various aspects,such as physiological,psychological,and social dimensions.It describes the decline in an individual's adaptability and resilience when facing life pressures and health challenges.Social frailty not only affects the quality of life of the elderly,but may also lead to excessive consumption of medical resources and an increase in socio-economic burdens.This article synthesized existing research literatures and summarized the factors influencing the occurrence of social frailty in the elderly.Through a comprehensive analysis,it is concluded that internal and external factors,such as age,gender,sleep disorders,depressive emotions,family,and social support can all have varying degrees of impact on the occurrence of social frailty in the elderly.Therefore,it is recommended to develop interventions to prevent the occurrence of social frailty in the elderly,and a comprehensive social support network to prevent and treat social frailty in the elderly.This would reduce the incidence of social frailty among the elderly and promote the development of healthy aging.
