摘  要:目的我国老龄化进程持续加深,对养老护理人才的需求日益迫切,但与之相匹配的专业人才培养却呈现出供给困境、均衡化困境、地域管理困境以及政策体系配套等困境,构建适应老龄化社会的养老护理人才培养体系,成为当前亟待解决的重要任务。方法在总结国际社会应对老龄化普遍性的基础上,结合我国老年护理发展现状,建议从优化顶层政策设计、完善人才职业发展体系、科学规划养老护理学科设置、加强舆论引导及构建养老护理人才梯队培养模式等方面进一步完善。结果通过实施上述措施,有望破解养老护理人才培养的“困境”,提升养老护理人员的专业素养和服务质量,满足老年人日益增长的养老需求。结论构建适应老龄化社会的养老护理人才培养体系,是应对我国老龄化挑战的重要举措。Objective The aging process in our country is deepening continuously,and the demand for elderly care nursing talents is becoming increasingly urgent,but matched professionals training is presented with a supply dilemma,a equalization dilemma,a regional management dilemma and a matching policy system dilemma.To construct an elderly care training system suitable for the aging society has become an important task to be solved urgently.Methods Based on summarizing the universality of the international community's response to aging and combining with the current situation of the development of elderly care in our country,it is proposed to further improve the top-level policy design,perfect the professional development system of talents,scientifically plan the setting of elderly care discipline,strengthen the guidance of public opinion and construct the training mode of elderly care nursing talents.Results Through the implementation of the above measures,it is expected to solve the"dilemma"of nursing personnel training,improve the professional quality and service quality of nursing staff,and meet the growing needs of the elderly.Conclusion It is an important measure to deal with the aging challenge of our country to build the elderly care nursing talents training system to adapt to the aging society.
