摘  要:目的探讨人工智能在全髋关节置换术(THA)术前规划、假体型号选择中的应用效果。方法选择2022年6月至2024年6月于南昌市洪都中医院行THA治疗的86例患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表分组。对照组43例采用传统X线进行术前规划,试验组43例采用人工智能进行术前规划。比较两组手术相关指标、假体型号符合率、髋关节功能及髋关节屈-伸活动度(ROM)。结果试验组手术时间(71.35±10.85)min、出血量(212.72±26.59)mL均少于对照组(88.48±15.24)min、(287.44±32.42)mL,假体型号符合率为95.35%(41/43)高于对照组的76.74%(33/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组手术前髋关节功能评分及ROM比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组手术后髋关节功能评分及ROM均升高,且试验组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论THA术前规划、假体型号选择中应用人工智能能够提高假体型号符合率,缩短手术操作时间,减少出血量,利于患者髋关节功能恢复。Objective To explore the application effect of artificial intelligence in preoperative planning and prosthetic model selection of total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods A total of 86 patients who received THA treatment in Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Nanchang City from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects and grouped into random number tables.The control group(43 cases)underwent preoperative planning by traditional X-ray,and the experimental group(43 cases)underwent preoperative planning by artificial intelligence.The operation related indexes,the coincidence rate of prosthetic model,hip function and hip flexon-extension range of motion(ROM)were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and blood loss of the experimental group were(71.35±10.85)min and(212.72±26.59)mL,less than those of the control group(88.48±15.24)min and(287.44±32.42)mL.The coincidence rate of prosthetic model was 95.35%(41/43),higher than that of the control group 76.74%(33/43),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference of statistical significance in hip function score and ROM between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).Hip function score and ROM were increased in both groups after operation,and higher in the experimental group,with difference of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of artificial intelligence in THA preoperative planning and prosthetic model selection can improve the coincidence rate of prosthetic model,shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of blood loss,which is conducive to the recovery of hip joint function of patients.
