针灸配合刺络拔罐治疗寒湿痹证疗效研究

摘　　要：目的 分析针灸配合刺络拔罐在寒湿痹证治疗中的应用效果,为该病的治疗提供借鉴。方法选取2022年8月-2023年8月天津市滨海新区太平镇社区卫生服务中心收治的70例寒湿痹证患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各35例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予针灸配合刺络拔罐治疗。比较两组治疗效果和治疗前后临床症状评分。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.200,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者疼痛、肿胀及活动度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者疼痛、肿胀评分低于治疗前,活动度评分高于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针灸配合刺络拔罐在寒湿痹证治疗中具有良好效果,能减轻肿胀及疼痛等症状,增加活动度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the application effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with blood letting puncture and cupping in the treatment of cold dampness arthralgia syndrome,so as to provide reference for the treatment of this disease.Methods From August 2022 to August 2023,70 patients with cold dampness arthralgia syndrome treated in Tianjin Binhai New Area Taiping Town Community Health Service Center were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by using random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with blood letting puncture and cupping on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects and the score of clinical symptom before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than 77.14%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.200,P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in pain,swelling and activity scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the pain and swelling score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the activity score was higher than that before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with blood letting puncture and cupping had a good effect in the treatment of cold dampness arthralgia syndrome,which could reduce the symptoms of swelling and pain,increase mobility,it was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
