摘　　要：老年患者由于其特殊的生理和心理特点,在急诊护理中面临着更多的风险和挑战。因此,针对老年患者的风险筛查工具的应用显得尤为重要。老年患者风险筛查工具是一种专门为老年患者设计的评估工具,通过对老年患者的生理、心理、生活环境等多方面进行综合评估,以识别老年患者在急诊护理过程中可能存在的风险,从而为老年患者提供有针对性的护理措施。老年患者风险筛查工具可以提高急诊护理的效率和质量。通过对老年患者进行全面的风险评估,医护人员可以及时发现患者的问题,并采取相应的措施,避免病情恶化。同时,风险筛查工具还可以帮助医护人员合理安排护理资源,提高护理效率,确保患者在急诊护理中得到及时和有效的治疗。本文调查了临床目前较为常用的风险筛查工具,对其在急诊护理工作中的应用进行综述,旨在为今后临床能够根据不同患者需求选择不同的风险筛查工具提供参考,帮助优化急诊护理拓展新方向。Elderly patients face more risks and challenges in emergency nursing due to their special physical and psychological characteristics.Therefore,the application of risk screening tools for elderly patients is particularly important.The risk screening tool for elderly patients is an assessment tool specially designed for elderly patients,which identifies the possible risks of elderly patients in the process of emergency nursing through a comprehensive assessment of the physiological,psychological,living environment and other aspects of elderly patients,so as to provide targeted nursing measures for elderly patients.Risk screening tools for elderly patients can improve the efficiency and quality of emergency nursing.By conducting a comprehensive risk assessment of elderly patients,medical staff can identify patients'problems in a timely manner and take appropriate measures to avoid deterioration of the condition.At the same time,risk screening tools can also help medical staff rationally arrange nursing resources,improve nursing efficiency,and ensure that patients receive timely and effective treatment in emergency nursing.This paper investigates the risk screening tools that are currently commonly used in clinical practice and reviews their application in emergency nursing work,aiming to provide a reference for the future clinical trial to choose different risk screening tools according to the needs of different patients,and help optimize the development of emergency nursing in a new direction.
