物理治疗难治性精神分裂症临床进展

摘　　要：精神分裂症属于临床常见的精神疾病,主要症状为行为与思维、情感障碍、精神活动异常等,而难治性精神分裂症属于精神分裂症的一种,其疾病症状更为严重,发病率较高,占精神分裂症的20.00%~30.00%,该病容易反复发作,且病程长,病情严重,治疗难度也较大,危害程度较大,引起了临床的重视与患者的关注。故而,采取有效方法治疗难治性精神分裂症,控制患者的病情,减少患者疾病复发的次数十分重要。目前,临床多采取药物治疗与物理治疗难治性精神分裂症,均有较好的临床治疗效果。但由于难治性精神分裂症病程较长,且易于复发,采用药物治疗患者需长期用药控制病情,长期用药对患者的身体造成较大负面影响。物理治疗效果确切,且不良反应较少,患者可接受,引起了临床重视。目前,临床物理治疗难治性精神分裂症的方法包括无抽搐电休克、重复经颅磁刺激技术、磁痉挛、深部脑刺激等,均具有较好治疗效果。本文对物理治疗难治性精神分裂症的临床研究进展进行综述,以期为难治性精神分裂症的治疗提供指导。Schizophrenia is a common clinical mental disease,the main symptoms are behavior and thinking,emotional disorders,mental activity abnormalities,etc.,and refractory schizophrenia is a kind of schizophrenia,its disease symptoms are more serious,the incidence is high,accounting for 20.00%-30.00%of schizophrenia,this disease is prone to repeated attacks,and the course is long,the condition is serious,and it is difficult to treat,the degree of harm is larger,causing clinical attention and patients'concern.Therefore,it is very important to take effective methods to treat refractory schizophrenia,control the patient's condition and reduce the number of patients with disease recurrence.At present,drug therapy and physical therapy are often used in clinical treatment of refractory schizophrenia,both of which have good clinical therapeutic effect.However,due to the long course of refractory schizophrenia,and easy to relapse,patients treated with medication need to take long-term medication to control the condition,long-term medication has a significant negative impact on the patient's body.Physical therapy has definite effect and few adverse reactions,which is acceptable to patients and attracts clinical attention.At present,the methods of clinical physical therapy for refractory schizophrenia include non-convulsive electroshock,repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,magnetic spasm,deep brain stimulation and so on,all of which have good therapeutic effects.This article reviews the clinical research progress of physical therapy for refractory schizophrenia,in order to provide guidance for the treatment of refractory schizophrenia.
