影响老年高血压自我管理的心理社会因素研究进展

摘　　要：老年人群受自身生理机能退行性变化、遗传、饮食等因素影响,存在多类型临床疾病风险,可影响其生命健康安全。高血压、糖尿病作为老年人常见临床非感染性慢性疾病,发病机制复杂,可引发患者不同程度血压、血糖搏动临床表现,其中高血压疾病的发生可对患者心脑血管、肾脏等器官产生靶向性病理损害进展,故积极临床管理对老年高血压患者疾病预后改善具有积极影响。自我管理行为作为临床慢性病患者重要管理措施,涉及药物治疗、生活管理、疾病预后管理等方面。患者积极配合自我管理相关措施可以实现对慢性病进展的有效控制,改善疾病预后。相关研究分析老年高血压患者临床自我管理依从性发现,多数患者自我管理行为能力不足,导致疾病管理效果不佳,因此应注意对相关患者疾病管理中心理、社会支持干预。本文对影响老年高血压自我管理的心理社会因素研究进展进行综述,以期为老年高血压患者的管理提供指导。The elderly population is affected by factors such as degenerative changes in their own physiological functions,genetics and diet,and there are multiple types of clinical disease risks that can affect their health and safety of life.Hypertension and diabetes mellitus are common clinical noninfectious chronic diseases in the elderly,their pathogenesis are complex and can cause clinical manifestations of blood pressure and blood sugar fluctuation in patients at different levels.The occurrence of hypertension disease can cause targeted pathological damage progress to the patients'cardiovascular,cerebrovascular,kidney and other organs.Therefore,active clinical management has a positive impact on the improvement of disease prognosis of elderly hypertension patients.Self-management behavior,as the important management measure for clinical chronic disease patients,involves drug treatment,life management,disease prognosis management,and other aspects.Active cooperation of patients with self-management measures can effectively control the progression of chronic disease and improve disease prognosis.Related studies analyzing the clinical self-management compliance of elderly patients with hypertension have found that most patients have insufficient self-management behavior ability,leading to poor disease management effects.Therefore,attention should be paid to psychological and social support interventions in disease management for related patients.This article reviews the research progress on the psychological and social factors that affect self-management of elderly hypertension,in order to provide guidance for the management of elderly hypertension patients.
