摘　　要：目的 分析优质护理对接受肾穿刺活检术的患者跌倒风险预防效果,为肾穿刺活检术后患者提供指导。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年1月天津医科大学第二医院收治的468例接受肾穿刺活检手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各234例,对照组实施常规护理措施,而观察组则采用升级版的优质护理措施。比较两组跌倒风险预防知识的掌握水平,跌倒事件发生率、护理满意率。结果 护理1个月后,观察组跌倒相关危险因子的认知、跌倒可能带来的后果以及预防跌倒的措施得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者跌倒事件发生率为4.70%,低于对照组的17.95%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=20.448,P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率为96.15%,高于对照组的88.89%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.925,P<0.05)。结论 优质护理在肾穿刺活检术患者的跌倒风险预防护理中应用效果良好,加强了患者的跌倒风险预防知识掌握程度,降低了跌倒事件的发生,提升了护理满意度,为肾穿刺活检术患者的跌倒风险预防管理提供理论与临床实践参考价值。Objective To analyze the preventive effect of high-quality nursing on the risk of falls in patients undergoing renal biopsy surgery,and to provide guidance for the patients after renal biopsy surgery.Methods A total of 468 patients who underwent renal biopsy surgery at the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 234 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing measures,while the observation group received upgraded high-quality nursing measures.The level of mastery of fall risk prevention knowledge among participants,the incidence of fall events and nursing satisfaction rate between two groups were compared.Results After nursing one month,the scores of cognitive risk factors related to falls,possible consequences of falls and measures of prevent falls in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the diferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of falling events of patients in the observation group was 4.70%,which was lower than 17.95%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=20.448,P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.15%,which was higher than 88.89%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=8.925,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in the prevention and care of fall risk in patients undergoing renal biopsy had shown good effects.It had strengthened the patient's knowledge of fall risk prevention,reduced the occurrence of fall events,improved nursing satisfaction degree,and provided theoretical and clinical reference value for the prevention and management of fall risk in patients undergoing renal biopsy surgery.
