摘　　要：目的 探析手术室器械管理中一体化护理管理的实施价值。方法 选取消毒供应室2021年1-12月使用过的手术器械共160件为对照组,采用常规护理管理模式。选取2022年1-12月使用过的手术器械160件作为观察组,采用一体化护理管理模式,两组护理管理工作均由15名护理人员完成。比较两种护理管理方式的实施效果,指标包括器械质量、消毒满意率、器械与包装表面菌落数。结果 观察组手术器械质量合格率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组消毒总满意率为99.38%,高于对照组的93.13%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.658,P<0.05)。消毒前,两组器械与包装表面的采样菌落数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);消毒后,两组器械与包装表面的采样菌落数均少于消毒前,且观察组少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 一体化护理管理模式用于手术器械的管理中,能够有效提升器械消毒质量,提高护理人员对器械消毒的满意率,迅速减少器械与包装表面的菌落数,建议在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore the implementation value of integrated nursing management in operating room instrument management.Methods A total of 160 surgical instruments used in the disinfection supply room from January to December 2021 were selected as the control group,and routine nursing management mode was adopted.A total of 160 surgical instruments used from January to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,and integrated nursing management model was adopted.The nursing management work of both groups were completed by 15 nursing staffs.The implementation effects of the two nursing management methods were compared,including instrument quality,disinfection satisfaction rate,and the number of bacteria on the surface of instrument and packaging.Results The quality qualification rates of surgical instruments in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of disinfection in the observation group was 99.38%,which was higher than that in the control group with 93.13%,and the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=8.658,P<0.05).Before disinfection,there were no statistically significant differences in the number of bacterial colonies sampled from the two groups of instruments and packaging surfaces(P>0.05);after disinfection,the number of bacterial colonies sampled from the two groups of instruments and packaging surfaces were less than before disinfection,and the observation group was less than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated nursing management model used in the management of surgical instruments could effectively improve the quality of instrument disinfection,improve the satisfaction rate of nursing staff with instrument disinfection,and quickly reduce the number of bacteria on the surface of instruments and packaging.It was recommended to promote and application in clinical practice.
