中满分消汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎经验举隅

摘　　要：慢性浅表性胃炎是胃黏膜呈慢性浅表性炎症的疾病,在消化系统疾病中较为常见,是一种慢性胃炎。常见致病原因包括喝浓咖啡、胆汁反流、嗜酒及幽门螺杆菌感染等。患者会出现不同程度的消化不良症状,比如进食后上腹部隐痛、不适,伴恶心、嗳气、泛酸,偶有呕吐。慢性浅表性胃炎属中医“胃痞”、“胃脘痛”、“嘈杂”等范畴,临床上比较多见,可由多种内外病因所致,如邪气外感、情志不畅、素体亏虚、饮食不洁等,致气机不畅、脾胃失养,多表现为脾虚夹寒湿同时兼有气滞。中满分消汤出自李东垣的《兰室秘藏·中满腹胀门》,治疗中满寒胀,具有温中散寒、理气消胀、健脾升清、和胃降浊之效。诸多研究资料及临床实践表明,中满分消汤对慢性浅表性胃炎疗效甚佳,在慢性浅表性胃炎早期阶段应用,可有效延缓、阻断甚至逆转慢性胃炎的恶变,对降低胃癌发病率与死亡率意义重大,在慢性浅表性胃炎的治疗中有较高的应用价值。Chronic superficial gastritis is.a disease characterized by chronic superficial inflammation of gastric mucosa,which is more common in digestive system diseases and is a type of chronic gastritis.Common causes of illness include drinking strong coffee,bile reflux,alcohol abuse and helicobacter pylori infection,etc.Patients may experience different degrees of dyspepsia symptoms,such as dull pain and discomfort in the upper abdomen after eating,accompanied by nausea,belching,pantothenic acid,and occasionally vomiting.Chronic superficial gastritis belongs to category of traditional Chinese medicine"stuffiness of stomach","epigastric pain","noisy"and so on,which is more common in clinical practice.It can be caused by a variety of internal and external causes,such as exogenous evil,emotional disorders,deficiency of the body,unclean diet and other reasons,resulting in poor qi circulation and loss of nourishment of the spleen and stomach,which is mostly manifested as spleen deficiency accompanied by cold and dampness and qi stagnation.Zhongmanfengxiao Decoction comes from Li Dongyuan's book The Secret Collection of the Orchid Chamber.Zhongman Abdominal distension Gate,which treats Zhongman cold bloating,has the effects of warming spleen and stomach for dispersing cold,regulating qi and eliminating bloating,strengthening the spleen and promoting clarity,and harmonizing the stomach and reducing turbidity.Many research materials and clinical practice have shown that Zhongmanfenxiao Decoction has a good effect on chronic superficial gastritis.Its application in the early stage of chronic superficial gastritis can effectively delay,block or even reverse the canceration of chronic gastritis,and is of great significance in reducing the incidence rate and mortality of gastric cancer,it has high application value in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis.
