妇产超声在绝经后阴道出血诊断中的分析

摘　　要：目的 分析并观察绝经后阴道出血采取妇产超声诊断的临床效果。方法 选取滕州市中心人民医院2020年1月-2023年1月收治的100例绝经后阴道出血患者,全部患者均开展妇产超声检查,并参照病理学检查结果,对妇产超声诊断符合率进行分析,观察子宫内膜疾病类型的诊断结果,并比较良恶性超声指标。结果 相比病理学结果,妇产超声子宫内膜病变诊断符合率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。100例患者中,恶性33例和良性67例。良性组的子宫内膜厚度薄于恶性组,宫腔容积、螺旋动脉PI、RI及子宫动脉PS、PI、RI均优于恶性组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 妇产超声于绝经后阴道出血患者诊断层面具备很高的准确率。此外,超声诊断还可以为临床诊治子宫内膜疾病类型提供有效参考价值,对于医生提供准确的诊断和制订个性化治疗方案具有重要意义,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To analyze and observe the clinical effect of obstetrics and gynecology ultrasound diagnosis of patients with postmenopausal vaginal bleeding.Methods A total of 100 postmenopausal vaginal bleeding patients admitted to Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected.All patients underwent obstetrics and gynecology ultrasound examination,and the diagnostic accordance rate of obstetrics and gynecology ultrasound was analyzed based on pathological examination results.The diagnostic results of endometrial disease types were observed,and ultrasound indicators of benign or malignant were compared.Results Compared with pathological results,there was no statistically significant difference in the diagnostic accordance rate of endometrial lesions in obstetrics and gynecology ultrasound(P>0.05).Among the 100 patients,33 cases were malignant and 67 cases were benign.The thickness of endometrium in the benign group was thinner than that in the malignant group,and uterine cavity volume,spiral artery PI,RI and uterine artery PS,PI,RI in the benign group were all better than those in the malignant group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Obstetrics and gynecology ultrasound had a high accuracy in diagnosing postmenopausal vaginal bleeding patients.In addition,ultrasound diagnosis could provide effective reference value for clinical diagnosis and treatment of endometrial diseases,which was of great significance for doctors to provide accurate diagnosis and formulate personalized treatment plans.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
