摘　　要：主动脉弓部疾病主要包括累及弓部的动脉瘤和夹层、穿透性溃疡及壁内血肿。弓上分支血管的重建仍是主动脉弓部疾病腔内治疗中的难点,文章旨在探究主动脉弓部疾病的腔内治疗现状,通过对多种重建弓上分支血管的腔内治疗方式的应用现状进行阐述,并分析各种腔内技术的特点。Objective Aortic arch diseases mainly include aneurysms and dissections involving the arch,as well as penetrating ulcers and intramural hematomas.The reconstruction of the supra-arch branch vessels is still a difficult point in the endovascular treatment of aortic arch diseases.This article aims to explore the current status of endovascular treatment of aortic arch diseases,describe the current status of the application of various endovascular treatment methods for the reconstruction of supra-arch branch vessels,and analyze the characteristics of various endovascular techniques.
