摘 要:皮肤光老化是紫外线照射导致的皮肤细胞进行性损害,表现为皮肤色素沉着加深、皱纹形成加剧,严重时甚至可能诱发皮肤疾病和肿瘤。鉴于皮肤光老化发生的普遍性及其带来的负面影响,当前皮肤科研究领域对如何有效预防并改善皮肤光老化现象给予高度关注,成为该领域的研究热点之一。各种传统中草药及植物中的黄酮类化合物具有显著的抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤等功效,能够有效清除自由基,保护皮肤细胞免受紫外线等外界环境的伤害,从而延缓皮肤老化过程,因此可应用于抗皮肤光老化的防治。本文就黄酮类化合物抗氧化、抗炎、抗黑素生成、抗DNA损伤以及胶原蛋白修复的作用与机制进行综述,以期为黄酮类化合物的开发与利用提供新思路。Skin photoaging is the progressive damage to skin cells caused by ultraviolet radiation on the skin,which is manifested by deepening skin pigmentation,increased wrinkle formation,and even the occurance of skin diseases and tumors.In view of the popularization and negative effects of skin photoaging,the researchers have been looking into effective prevenion and improvment of skin photoaging,which has become one of the research hotspots in this field.Flavonoids existing in various traditional Chinese herbal medicines and plants have significant anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory,anti-melanin generation anti-tumor and other effects,which can effectively remove free radicals,protect skin cells from the damage of ultraviolet light and other external environment,so as to delay the skin aging process,so they can be applied to the prevention and treatment of anti-skin photoaging.In this paper,we discuss how flavonoids reduce the photoaging effect by exerting antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and anti-DNA damage properties,as well as the role and mechanism of collagen decomposition,aiming to provide new ideas for the development and utilization of flavonoids.
