摘　　要：目的分析微管不稳定蛋白1(STMN1)、基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP2)蛋白表达对子宫内膜炎的预测价值。方法选取55例子宫内膜炎患者列为炎症组,60例子宫内膜息肉患者列为息肉组,检测血清STMN1、MMP2与炎症指标间的相关性;分析STMN1、MMP2对子宫内膜息肉的诊断效能以及对子宫内膜息肉的预测效能。结果息肉组的STMN1、MMP2、WBC、Neu、CRP、PCT均高于炎症组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清STMN1与WBC、Neu、CRP、PCT正相关(P<0.05),MMP2与WBC、Neu、CRP、PCT正相关(P<0.05)。STMN1、MMP2联合检测对子宫内膜息肉诊断的准确度、灵敏度、特异度均高于STMN1、MMP2单独检测。结论联合检测STMN1、MMP2能早期预测并诊断子宫内膜息肉。Objective To analyze the predictive value of Stathmin 1(STMN1)and matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP2)protein expression for endometritis.Methods 55 patients with endometritis were selected as inflammatory group,and 60 patients with endometrial polyps were classified as polyp group.The correlation between serum STMN1,MMP2 and inflammatory indicators was tested.Statistical analysis of the diagnostic and predictive efficacy of STMN1 and MMP2 for endometrial polyps.Results The STMN1,MMP2,WBC,Neu,CRP,and PCT in the polyp group were higher than those in the inflammation group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum STMN1 is positively correlated with WBC,Neu,CRP,and PCT(P<0.05),while MMP2 is positively correlated with WBC,Neu,CRP,and PCT(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of STMN1 and MMP2 combined detection for endometrial polyps are higher than those of STMN1 alone detection and MMP2 alone detection.Conclusion The combined detection of STMN1 and MMP2 can diagnose and predict endometrial polyps early.
