橘皮竹茹散穴位贴敷在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察橘皮竹茹散穴位贴敷在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用效果。方法选取93例妇科腹腔镜手术患者,按照随机数字表法分为常规组和中药组。常规组实施常规西医治疗,中药组采用橘皮竹茹散穴位贴敷配合治疗,比较两组患者的术后康复进程,胃肠动力、消化功能,身心状态恢复情况以及术后恶心呕吐(PONV)发生情况。结果术后,中药组的恢复排气时间、恢复排便时间、恢复自主进食时间、首次下床时间及住院时间均短于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,中药组的胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MLT)、胃蛋白酶Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、胃蛋白酶Ⅱ(PGⅡ)水平均低于常规组(P<0.05);中药组术后12、24、48 h的INVR评分均低于常规组,GCQ评分高于常规组(P<0.05);中药组术后12、24、48 h的PONV发生率均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论橘皮竹茹散穴位贴敷能加快妇科腹腔镜手术患者的术后康复进程,对改善患者胃肠动力、胃消化功能及身心状态,并降低PONV发生风险均有积极意义。Objective To observe the application effect of acupoint application of Jupi Zhuru Powder in gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods 93 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into the conventional group(46 cases)and the traditional Chinese medicine group(47 cases).The conventional group were received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the traditional Chinese medicine group were received acupoint application of Jupi Zhuru Powder combined with conventional treatment.The postoperative recovery process,gastrointestinal motility,digestive function,physical and mental state recovery,and incidence of post operative nausea and vomitting(PONV)were compared between the two groups.Results After surgery,the recovery time of exhaust,defecation,spontaneous eating,first getting out of bed,and hospitalization time in the traditional Chinese medicine group were all shorter than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,the levels of gastrin(GAS),motilin(MLT),pepsinⅠ(PGⅠ),and pepsinⅡ(PGⅡ)in the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The INVR scores of the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those of the control group at 12,24 and 48 h after surgery,while the GCQ scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of PONV in the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the conventional group at 12,24 and 48 h after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of Jupi Zhuru Powder can accelerate the postoperative recovery process of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients,improve their gastrointestinal motility,digestive function,and physical and mental state,and reduce the risk of PONV.
